Karina Ugarte is a Real Estate agent at Berkshire Hathaway EWM Realty specializing in Luxury Homes and Condos. Originally from Miami, Karina grew up with her two siblings in the beautiful Village of Pinecrest. She holds a bachelor’s degree from The University of Miami (Go Canes!) and upon graduating, moved to Washington D.C. where she worked in marketing at a technology firm.

After a few years in beautiful but chilly D.C. Karina decided to move back to her hometown of Miami and began her real estate career in the dynamic South Florida market. She joined Berkshire Hathaway EWM in 2012 and began working with Pamela Ugarte, her mother, and a veteran agent. The Ugarte team uses their extensive marketing knowledge, attention to detail, commitment to excellence, negotiating skills, and wide-ranging network in aiding clients in their real estate transactions.
